Our highly trained and experienced rehabilitation team treats a full range of injuries ranging from musculoskeletal to sports related injuries. We offer occupational therapy to help give people the skills for living a meaningful and satisfying life. We take time with each patient to personally design a program that will help to ensure a fast and comprehensive recovery. Our team recognizes that your injury is unique and your treatment plan will reflect that. Our team is board certified in Sports Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, and Strength & Conditioning and specialize in many areas of orthopaedic care. Our team is active in community wellness programs such as Pilates and sports performance and enhancement clinics.

Our Specialists

Jason L. Robinson PT, CSCS

Jason received his bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy, Summa Cum Laude in 1997 and is currently working on the completion of a Masters degree in Health Sciences from the Kranner School of Physical Therapy.  Jason is one of only a handful of Sports Certified Clinical Specialists recognized by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists in the state of Illinois.   This prestigious honor allows him to work closely with both athletes and their coaches and trainers to teach them how to enhance their performance and avoid injury. 


Christopher W. Weller PT, SCS, CSCS

Chris received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1997.  He’s been a Clinical instructor for Physical Therapy students for the past 7 yrs and has been recognized by the Chicago Area Clinical Education Forum on multiple occasions as an Outstanding Clinical Instructor. He has also had the honor of being the guest presenter at various educational programs both in the community as well as at professional education courses. Chris is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist; this allows him to work closely with athletes and sports teams for sports enhancement training and injury prevention.  


 

Jason T. Hiatt, PT

Jason received his Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Northern Illinois University in 2004 and went on to receive his Master of Physical Therapy in 2006.


  Angela D. Meyer, PT

Angela graduated from Bradley University with a degree in Physical Therapy in 1999. Since that time she’s embraced continued learning and has attended a number of classes and seminars with an emphasis on treating the female patient. She specializes in working with both pregnant and post breast cancer patients. Angela has a special certification in working with patients who have inner ear and balance issues. She also has a basic knowledge of American Sign Language.


  Tanya Libby, MS, PT, ATC
 

Tanya received her BS in Allied Health Professions with a minor in Sports Medicine at Northern Illinois University in 1997.  Tanya went on with her studies and completed her boards to become a certified Athletic Trainer in 1997.  Her experience as an ATC includes high school athletes and patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.

Tanya continued with her graduate studies at Temple University and completed her Masters in Physical Therapy in 2001.  Through post graduate studies and continuing education, she has studied lymphedema treatment and manual therapy.  In Physical Therapy Tanya’s brings over 7 years of Rehabilitation experience in a variety of settings to the MOI team.  She is currently working towards completing her certification in manual therapy and pursuing her special interest in foot and ankle. 

Tanya also serves the community by teaching at Kishwaukee Community College in the massage therapy program where she helps students learn the muscular and skeletal systems and palpation skills.


Stacie Woodworth, ATC

Stacie is a graduate from Indiana University, with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology. She volunteered with the Indiana Special Olympics Summer games and worked for the President’s Challenge for Physical Fitness. Her experience includes working as an athletic trainer at Indiana University, treating patients in the outpatient rehabilitation facility.

She was also employed as the Head Athletic Trainer at Kishwaukee College. Since moving to the area, she took part in the Physical Therapists and Certified Athletic Trainers group, who launched a performance enhancement program targeting High School students. The program was designed to help improve athletic skills and decrease risks of injury


 

Lynette Rajterowski, OTR/L CHT

Lynette graduated with a bachelor's in science in occupational therapy in 1990. She has worked in pediatrics as well as inpatient and outpatient hospital settings with a wide variety of orthopaedic and neurological diagnosis. Lynette's specialty is in hand and upper extremity therapeutic approaches. Lynette received her Hand Therapy Certification in 2002 from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission.

As a CHT, Lynette has demonstrated personal dedication to the profession of hand therapy and a desire for advanced competency. The CHT credential is recognized by many professional organizations as a benchmark for excellence in advanced specialty credentialing in health care. Lynette is dedicated to share her specialty experience with the community that MOI serves.

Dianna Moroz, PTA

Dianna graduated from Oakton Community College in Des Plaines, IL with a Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 1992. Diana continually strives to grow her clinical skills by attending regular training classes and seminars.
